Kirsty Weedon: Psychotherapy, Supervision, Facilitation & Education

For the past twenty-five years, I have worked across education, youth and community work, outdoor learning and psychotherapy, supporting people to learn more about themselves, each other and the world, and to feel more connected, resourced and empowered in their lives.
I now run my own private practice, offering psychotherapy and supervision for individuals and groups, indoors, outdoors and online. I also teach as an Associate Lecturer at the University of Cumbria and a Skills Associate at the Minster Centre in London.
At the heart of all my work is a deep respect for, and trust in, our innate capacity for growth and healing. My role is to offer you a supportive relationship and a holding environment that provides you with the help you need to move towards your goals.
I bring warmth, compassion, experience, curiosity and creativity to my work as well as an ongoing commitment to ethical practice, attending to my own ongoing learning and development, and reflection on my position and privileges, biases and blind spots.
I am passionately committed to providing the support and opportunities for you to thrive.
