Kirsty Weedon: Psychotherapy, Supervision, Facilitation & Education

For the past twenty-five years, I have worked across education, youth and community work, outdoor learning and psychotherapy, supporting people to learn more about themselves, each other and the world, and to feel more connected, resourced and empowered in their lives.
I now run my own private practice, offering psychotherapy and supervision for individuals and groups, indoors, outdoors and online. I also teach as an Associate Lecturer at the University of Cumbria and a Skills Associate at the Minster Centre in London.
At the heart of all my work is a belief that we all have an innate capacity for growth and healing, helped (or hindered) by our relationships (with ourselves, each other, nature)
My work is to offer you a relationship within which you can feel safe enough to share, explore, reflect, learn and grow.
I bring warmth, compassion, experience, curiosity and creativity to my work as well as an ongoing commitment to ethical practice, attending to my own ongoing learning and development, and reflection on my position and privileges, biases and blind spots.
