These one-day experiential workshops are an introduction to psychodrama, an opportunity to experience working outdoors, in and with nature, and an invitation to explore themes connected to the time of year.

 

There will be creative and embodied practices to deepen connection with yourself, each other and the more/other-than-human nature, in a collaborative, supportive and containing group process.

 

No prior experience of working outdoors and / or psychodrama is needed.

 

All workshops take place on Hampstead Heath, Fridays 10am - 4pm

 

Friday June 19th: Summer Solstice

Friday September 18th: Autumn Equinox

 

6-hours CPD certificate. £80-£100
