Hello and welcome to my website, I'm Kirsty, a psychotherapist, supervisor and facilitator. I work indoors and outdoors, with individuals and groups.

I provide relational, creative and embodied opportunities for you to deepen your relationship with yourself, others and the natural world.

Psychodrama Therapy Group:  Wednesday 6-8.15pm at the Place, in Sherwood Nottingham. A sort-term group: 5th November - 17th December (7 sessions) exploring themes connected to the Celtic Year, including ancestors and dreams. £35-45 per session
