Winter / Spring 2026 Opportunities

Weekly Psychodrama Group:  This weekly group is an invitation to take time for yourself and explore whatever feels important to you. It offers a creative and embodied way of working in which your experiences, feelings, relationships, thoughts, struggles, hopes, and dreams can be explored with curiosity and support. This group provides a supportive process where you can be witnessed, heard and accompanied and work at a pace that suits you. Psychodrama is not about performing or acting; it is about curiosity, exploration, and creativity - discovering new responses to old situations, deepening connection and understanding, and supporting meaningful, embodied change.

New members welcome from January 7th, 2026
