Creativity

Being in touch with our creativity can enrich our expression and self-connection, bringing into consciousness new ideas and insight. It can also enable us to discover new ways to respond to problems and overcome difficulties. I invite you to connect with your creativity, and offer practices to help this process.

Embodied & Experiential

Noticing and connecting in and with our bodies can nourish our health and wellbeing, and invites us to learn and understand more about ourselves.

I offer opportunities to explore your relationship with your body, including embodied and experiential practices.

Holistic

I work with the whole person, recognising the interconnection between our mind, body and emotions; our past, present and future; our internal world and outward experiences. I also work with nature, intergenerationally and systemically,  considering how wider factors impact us.

 Safe & Supportive

Feeling safe enables us to thrive, and supports us to connect with ourselves and each other.

I will help you to regulate, connect with your resources and feel safe enough, where you can bring all aspects of yourself and explore whatever is important to you.

Collaborative

I will work with you and together, we will find a pace that fits for you where you feel supported and held. All the creative, embodied and experiential methods that I offer are flexible and adapted to suit you.

Professional & Ethical

I am a member of the British Psychodrama Association, the UK Council for Psychotherapy & the Institute for Outdoor Learning and follow their ethical codes of practice. I have regular clinical supervision and am committed to my continuing professional development, attending regular trainings.

Working with me

For more information about my location, fees and avaliability, please get in touch with me, via email, text or phone.

I offer a free 20-minute phone call to talk about my practice and answer any questions you may have about how I work.

We can also arrange an initial meeting. This is an opportunity for you to discuss what you want to achieve from therapy and see if we'd like to work together. There is no commitment or obligation to continue therapy with me after this.

If we agree to work together, we will confirm therapy details, including location, times, frequency and fees.

You don't need any prior experience of therapy and / or psychodrama to work with me.
